Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca
Your Moroccan journey begins in Casablanca. Upon arrival at Mohammed V International Airport or your hotel, you will be welcomed by your private driver and transferred to your accommodation. If time permits, start exploring Morocco’s largest city and visit its most iconic landmark, the impressive Hassan II Mosque, beautifully located along the Atlantic coast.
Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, depart for Rabat, Morocco’s refined capital. Visit key landmarks including the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the historic Kasbah of the Oudaya overlooking the Bou Regreg River. In the afternoon, continue to the picturesque blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Arrive in the evening and enjoy a stroll through its शांत and photogenic streets.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Fes
Enjoy a relaxed morning with free time to explore Chefchaouen’s charming alleys, vibrant squares, and scenic viewpoints. Later, travel to Fes, a city renowned for its ancient medina, historic mosques, and rich artisanal heritage.
Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes
Spend the day discovering the cultural and spiritual heart of Fes with a local guide. Explore the vast medieval medina, visit traditional leather tanneries, discover Al Karaouine University, and enjoy panoramic views over the city’s intricate maze of streets and souks.
Day 5: Fes – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)
After breakfast, head south toward the Sahara Desert. Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, stop in cedar forests inhabited by Barbary macaques, and pass through the scenic Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon. In the evening, switch to camels for a trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes, watch a stunning sunset, and spend the night in a desert camp under the stars.
Day 6: Sahara Desert – Dades Valley
Wake early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, travel west toward the High Atlas region. Stop at the dramatic Todra Gorge, then continue through striking landscapes to the Dades Valley for an overnight stay. Along the way, enjoy views of the famous “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.”
Day 7: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After breakfast, continue to Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Desert,” known for its kasbahs and film studios. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, then cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Continue to Marrakech for your final night.
