After breakfast, depart Fes for Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Explore its impressive gates and historic landmarks before continuing to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, known for their well-preserved mosaics and columns. Then travel into the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the famous blue city, where you will spend the night.
Enjoy a relaxed morning wandering through Chefchaouen’s peaceful blue streets, with time for shopping and photography. After lunch, continue to Rabat, Morocco’s capital.
